By accessing or using the Recruitizr platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) also applies to data processing aspects of this agreement.
Recruitizr is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that provides: Recruitment pipeline management (HireTrack); AI-powered recruitment tools (RecruiterIQ); Human Resource Management System (HRMS); Predictive analytics (NextMove); Candidate database management (TalentVault); Team communication and collaboration tools.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We continuously improve and update our features.
Organization Administrators are responsible for: maintaining credential confidentiality; ensuring user compliance with these Terms; managing user access, roles, and permissions; ensuring accuracy and lawfulness of all data entered; obtaining appropriate consents from candidates as required under GDPR and/or the DPDP Act 2023.
Our collection, use, and protection of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. We comply with GDPR for EEA/UK users and the DPDP Act 2023 for Indian users.
Recruitizr offers Free, Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Prices are listed in USD or INR as applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice.
You agree not to: upload data that violates applicable laws; use the platform to discriminate against any individual; attempt to reverse-engineer the platform; use AI features to generate illegal or harmful content; share or sublicense access without written consent; access data belonging to other tenants; introduce malware or harmful code.
All IP rights in the Recruitizr platform are owned by Recruitizr or its licensors. You retain ownership of all data you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for providing the Service.
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services or force majeure.
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any hiring decisions made based on AI-generated outputs. We are not liable for data loss caused by tenant's own actions.
Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend access immediately for Terms violations. Upon termination, data export is available for 30 days.
For EEA users, nothing restricts your right to bring a claim in your local courts.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the IT Act 2000, and the DPDP Act 2023. For EEA/UK users, the GDPR shall apply concurrently.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email at least 15 days before they take effect.
