Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device (computer, tablet, or phone) when you visit. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, to remember your preferences, and to provide analytics and personalisation.
Some of the technologies described in this policy are not strictly "cookies" but function similarly — local storage entries, session storage, tracking pixels, and JavaScript-based fingerprints. For simplicity, we use "cookies" throughout this document to cover all of them.
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies Recruitizr uses, why we use them, and how you can control them. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
Recruitizr groups cookies into four categories. You can accept, reject, or customise each category (except Essential) through the cookie banner on your first visit, or later from the Privacy & Data Rights page in your dashboard.
Required for the platform to function. Without these, you cannot log in, stay logged in, or perform basic tasks. These cookies do not track you across other websites.

We do not currently run Facebook, X (Twitter), or programmatic ad-network cookies.
Not strictly a cookie, but shown in the consent banner for transparency. When enabled, Recruitizr may send you product updates, feature announcements, and newsletters via our email provider (ZeptoMail). You can unsubscribe from any email at any time.
Some cookies are set by services we embed — namely Google Analytics, LinkedIn, and PostHog. These providers act as independent data controllers for the cookies they set. Their own policies apply:

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing done before the withdrawal.
There is currently no industry consensus on how to respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, so Recruitizr does not act on DNT alone. We honour the more precise GPC signal (see §4) and your explicit banner choices.
Recruitizr is a B2B recruitment platform intended for professional use only. We do not knowingly collect data — cookie-based or otherwise — from anyone under 18.
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time — for example, when we add a new provider or retire an old one. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be surfaced via a fresh cookie banner so you can re-review your choices.
